We like to have little weekend get aways with our kids and this hotel is by far the kids favorite. Everywhere we stay now is on a scale of I hate it and embassy suites quality for them. We had the corner suite which was actually 2 separate rooms but you could open the room doors and close the hall entrance to make them join. The beds were comfy and we asked for extra pillows and blankets. The extras we requested were already in our room at the time of check-in! The breakfast was delicious-they even had someone to make omelets. The boys loved the elevator ride and the pool is open later than most hotels.

Beautiful hotel, excellent accommodations and staff. The morning breakfast was the biggest and most choices we have encountered in our travels. The bar and grill at night had excellent food and a reception 5:30 to 7 with drinks and snacks that was great. The staff was fabulous and very accommodating on our late arrival even though they were about to close. It was a very enjoyable stay, and would recommend it to anyone traveling through or staying in the San Antonio area.

Facility was amazing and not expensive!! Kids loved the pool and jacuzzi along with the breakfast!! Room was spacious and beds were very comfortable. Staff was friendly and very helping with any questions we had.

The morning breakfast was excellent. The cook were friendly and answered every questions as a first timer. This was the first time I had a waiter clean after me at an hotel during breakfast. You have to do ot yourself in other hotel I have been to.

Home away from home. We live down in Corpus Christi and normally do a day trip, but after this trip we’ll be here at least once a month. Breakfast and happy hour are awesome and having the bar and restaurant you really don’t need anything else. The shuttle that will take you anywhere within 3 miles every 30 minutes 24/7 takes our stay to the next level! Rooms are clean and with king suite our teenager has his own area separate from us. We’ve stayed at a lot of embassy suites and this one is top of the list. We highly recommend!!

The rooms were spacious and the extra living area made getting the baby down for bed incredibly easier. The reception time with complimentary snacks and drinks was lovely and unique. The staff was friendly and responsive. Food and breakfast couldn't have been better. We became an Embassy Suite family after this trip.

The location and the staff were excellent. The staff was very friendly and while we were there only one night and did not eat dinner or breakfast there the bar staff was very quick, friendly, and accomodating. We were able to get a ride from the shuttle at 4:30am and that was very helpful.

I appreciated the desk clerk's willingness to accommodate my family even though Booking.com had failed to confirm my reservation upon arrival at the hotel and we were left without a room. There were no complications or issues, which made the situation less stressful.
